Please bring a Dish or Appetizer to share plus something to drink.

Parking: Free parking at Union Bank starting at 6pm

Come hang out with your Bootcamp Fam! This is our Annual Christmas Party hosted by our long time member, Janet DeGiorgio. Come for as little or as long as you want and raise a holiday toast with your fellow bootcampers. +1 most welcome.

We are Long Beach Boot Camp - an outdoor fitness program for all fitness levels... seriously... ALL.

Never again drag your feet to the gym. Join us for a FUNctional workout as We Make Fitness Fun! 

You are not too old, too fit or un-fit, too in or out-of-shape to work out with us. 

Call us at 562-343-5230 and talk to a trainer to arrange your first session. We train at 530am, 9am and 530 or 6pm in a small group setting. We also offer personal training and partner training (share a session with your friend and/or significant other)

START is what STOPS most...

So let's get going! We are not your usual gym or fitness club. We are more than that.
